Non-Transferable Membership
- Members acknowledge that Very Important Beauty Bestie (V.I.B.B.) Membership spots at Thistle Medical Aesthetics are limited. Memberships are non-transferable, and benefits cannot be shared, gifted, or transferred to any other individual, including family or friends. No rollovers are permitted.
Substitutions
- The V.I.B.B. Membership is a curated program designed with the most beneficial treatments in mind. No substitutions are permitted unless there is a medical concern, which will be evaluated solely at the discretion of a Thistle Medical Aesthetics provider.
Payment Requirements
- Members must maintain valid and up-to-date payment information to ensure monthly billing is processed successfully. Failure to provide valid payment information may result in forfeiture of membership status.
No-Show & Cancellation Policy
- Thistle Medical Aesthetics’ standard cancellation policy applies to all membership appointments.
- Canceling within 24 hours or failing to show will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
- If a member late-cancels or no-shows their complimentary monthly service, that service is forfeited for the month and the $100 fee must be collected before rebooking.
- After three (3) no-shows or late cancellations, members may be subject to dismissal from the membership program.
Freeze Policy
- Members may request to freeze their membership at any time with at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to the next billing date.
- A membership may be frozen for up to three (3) months once per calendar year. Requests beyond this allowance may result in forfeiture of membership at the discretion of Thistle Medical Aesthetics.
- All freeze requests must be submitted in writing to info@thistlemedicalaesthetics.com
Membership Cancellation
- Members may cancel their membership only after completing the minimum membership term of six (6) or twelve (12) months.
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing date. If notice is not provided within the required window and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for that billing cycle.
- Cancellations must be sent to info@thistlemedicalaesthetics.com for proper documentation and processing.
Membership Renewal
- Memberships automatically renew thirty (30) days before the start of the next term.
- Members must cancel at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Charges already processed are non-refundable.
- Thistle Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or discontinue the membership program at any time, without notice.
Automatic Renewal After Minimum Term
- After fulfilling the minimum term of six (6) or twelve (12) months, the membership will automatically renew for the next billing period at the same monthly rate unless canceled.
- Members may cancel at any time after the minimum term is met through their online client portal.
- If a member requests Thistle to process the cancellation, written notice must be provided at least thirty (30) days before the next billing date. Requests must be submitted to info@thistlemedicalaesthetics.com and are considered received only once confirmed by the Thistle team. Failure to provide timely notice results in the next billing cycle being processed, and that charge is non-refundable.
