APPOINTMENT POLICY
Cancellations/No-Shows: We know that life happens, so canceled appointments are inevitable. Please allow us advanced notice, preferably 24-48 hours before your appointment time, so that we may make adjustments and open our schedule to other clients on our wait list. Last minute cancellations do not allow us to fill our schedule in a timely manner.To reserve your appointment with us, our system will require a credit card on file and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show. To be respectful of our providers’ time, any cancellations made in the 24 hour window or no showed appointments will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee. By booking with us, you are agreeing to this policy. If you miss your scheduled appointment repeatedly, we may require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your next appointment. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy as this will allow us to provide the highest quality service for all patients. We very much value your time and in return, we hope you value ours.
A portion of the collected fees from our cancellation policy (50%) will be donated to a local domestic violence non-profit organization that our owner, Aubry, supports.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes after the start of your appointment, we may need to reschedule as it impedes on the quality and time of your treatment/service as well as the following client’s appointment. We make every effort to make any accommodations for late arrivals as best as we can but we cannot guarantee that we will make an exception.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We have refreshments and snacks while you wait or a restroom if needed. Please ensure your online paperwork is completed prior to arriving to ensure a smooth check-in process. If your forms are not complete upon your arrival, it will take away from your treatment time.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on services rendered or Thistle Gift Certificates. Products may be refunded within 14 days and must not be opened or used. In the rare chance that you have an allergic reaction to a product, it may be exchanged for alternative products. Please speak with one of our providers so that we can assist in resolving the issue.
PACKAGE POLICY
For optimal results, all prepaid treatment packages must be used within 1 year of purchase. No refunds on packages purchased unless medically ineligible. In this case, completed treatments will be calculated as a single treatment and any remaining credit may be used on other services within 1 year of purchase.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
All gift certificates purchased with us, online or in person, must be used within 1 year of purchase unless otherwise stated on the certificate.
MARKETING POLICY
By booking an appointment with us, you are automatically enrolled in our text/email marketing efforts! If you’d like to opt out of our text/email marketing, please send us an email at info@thistleskincarestudio.com and we’d be happy to remove you from our mailing list.
CHILDREN POLICY
We love kiddos! However, to ensure the safety of your children and to create a luxurious environment for all clients, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. Should there be a last minute emergency, we kindly ask you to give our studio a call ahead of time to make the proper arrangements. We are happy to make an exception.
