What is Aquagold Microchanneling?
Aquagold Microchanneling is a 24ct patented gold-plated micro-injection system that delivers a custom cocktail of solutions to the superficial layer of the skin tailored to your specific skincare goals. The single-use disposable applicator contains a reservoir where you can choose one or a mixture of custom solutions- such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins, neuromodulators, platelet rich plasma, and hyaluronic acid fillers.
Botox/Dysport Injections vs Aquagold Microchanneling: What’s the Difference?
Traditionally, Botox/Dysport is injected into the skin to relax certain muscles that are used when making facial expressions. You may have heard of the term “microtox”, where Botox/Dysport is injected just beneath the surface of the skin (injected into the dermis), rather than into the muscle, for skin tightening effects. Aquagold microchannelling is an alternative use of injectables and offers similar benefits by stamping your custom cocktail superficially into the skin.
