What is BioRePeel?
BioRePeel is a 35% TCA (trichloroacetic acid) that is suitable for all skin types, colors, and ages. This revolutionary and innovative professional grade peel is rich in a combination of amino acids and vitamins and stimulates the reconstruction of collagen and elastin deep within the skin layer. With zero to minimal skin shedding, this peel is not photosensitive and can be done all year round (even in the summer!)
The peel contains a blend of the following:
- TCA 35%: exfoliates by removing dead skin cells and stimulating new cell growth. Improves skin texture, scars and pigmentation.
- Lactobionic acid: gently exfoliates and removes the outermost layer of dead skin cells.
- Salicylic acid: fights acne prone bacteria, decongests pores & assists with excessive oil production. Increases moisture in the skin.
- Tartaric acid: moisturizes the skin, provides antioxidant properties for anti-aging effects.
- Citric acid: exfoliates dead skin cells for a more even skin tone and smooth texture. It has protective antioxidant properties and aids in reversing visible signs of photodamage.
- Amino acids & Vitamin B2: antioxidants revitalize and stimulate the formation of new healthy cells.

How does it work?
The BioRePeel uses biphasic technology to target the dermis (medium depth of skin) with the goal of stimulating new skin growth while improving surface texture, pigmentation, and overall appearance. Being both lipophilic and hydrophilic, it’s stabilizing, protective, and restorative properties maintain the cutaneous hydro-lipidic film that protects your skin.
Lipophilic:
Its biostimulating and revitalizing properties ensure fibroblasts’ activity to improve the appearance of texture as well as increase cellular turnover and collagen and elastin production. In addition, it promotes exfoliation, reduces fine lines by neutralization of free radicals, and helps battling acne and enlarged pores.
Hydrophilic:
Has stabilizing and protective properties to reduce trans-epidermic water evaporation. It increases overall hydration by retaining moisture in the skin.
When will I see results?
Typically, we recommend a series of 3-6 sessions with treatments being as soon as 7-10 days apart. Results can be seen instantly and continue to improve over the following weeks. After the recommended series, long term results include improved appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, brighten pigmentation, evening of skin texture, decreased acne and scarring.
What’s my downtime?
Unlike most TCA peels, BioRePeel has zero to minimal downtime! A great option if you’re in a pinch and don’t have the social downtime as there is zero to minimal flaking post treatment. Depending on the patient, it is normal for some people to experience slight skin shedding due to the accumulation of dead skin cells.
