Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner - Full-Time

Thistle Medical Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, passionate, and patient-focused Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team full-time. About the Role
As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at Thistle Medical Aesthetics, you will perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations, create customized treatment plans, and provide advanced injectable treatments with a strong understanding of facial anatomy, product selection, dosing, injection technique, safety protocols, and individualized aesthetic planning.
This role is ideal for a provider who is confident in their clinical skill set, values ongoing education, and understands that exceptional aesthetic outcomes are built through trust, communication, artistry, and clinical judgment.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on each client’s goals, anatomy, safety considerations, and long-term aesthetic plan
- Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRF/PRP, and other injectable treatments safely and effectively
- Educate clients on treatment options, skincare, maintenance planning, and realistic expectations
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely patient documentation
- Collaborate closely with providers, estheticians, and client experience team members to deliver a seamless and elevated client experience
- Participate in ongoing training, continuing education, and advanced aesthetic learning opportunities
- Build, maintain, and cultivate strong client relationships
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, patient safety, and clinical excellence
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner who is clinically strong, emotionally intelligent, warm, professional, and committed to delivering natural, thoughtful results.
Qualifications include:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Virginia
- FNP-C or FNP-BC certification required
- Master’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years of aesthetic medicine/injecting experience required
- Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills
- Advanced understanding of facial anatomy, injectable safety, and aesthetic treatment planning
- Passion for aesthetics, skincare, artistry, and continued learning
- Professional, warm, polished, and relationship-focused demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury client environment

Client Experience Coordinator - Full-Time

Thistle Medical Aesthetics is seeking a warm, polished, highly organized Client Experience Coordinator to join our team full-time. At Thistle, we believe exceptional client experiences begin long before treatment starts. From the first phone call to the moment a client walks through our doors, every detail matters. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in creating a beautiful, seamless, and memorable experience for every client. As the welcoming face of our practice, you will play an essential role in client communication, scheduling, hospitality, daily operations, retail support, and overall practice flow.
About the Role
The Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for creating an elevated, warm, and professional front-of-house experience while supporting the daily rhythm of a busy medical aesthetics practice.
This position requires someone who is friendly, composed, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to multitask gracefully while keeping the client experience at the center of everything they do.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, follow-up communication, and rebooking efforts
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist clients with treatment recommendations, memberships, promotions, and retail purchases
- Maintain provider schedules and help optimize appointment flow throughout the day
- Process payments and assist with daily financial transactions
- Support client retention initiatives and help create a seamless rebooking experience
- Assist with social media and marketing support as needed, including helping capture content, promote events, and support client engagement initiatives
- Keep the reception area beautiful, organized, polished, and inviting
- Communicate effectively with providers, estheticians, and leadership to ensure a smooth client experience
- Help create a welcoming environment that reflects Thistle’s commitment to kindness, professionalism, and excellence
